We’re Hiring: Digital Growth Manager – EV
📍 Location: Ghaziabad (Delhi NCR)
🕒 Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in-office + 2 days remote)

Company Description
Allied EV Solutions is one of the fastest-growing electric three-wheeler dealership networks in Western UP, expanding rapidly across NCR. As we scale, we are looking for a high-impact individual to lead our digital presence and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute premium creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Manage and grow social media presence with a strong brand positioning
- Plan and execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) lead generation campaigns
- Track, optimize, and manage ad budgets and performance
- Maintain and organize lead data securely (CRM/Google Sheets/Salesforce)
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions
- Run targeted B2B campaigns on LinkedIn
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in Meta Ads & lead generation
- Ability to manage budgets and scale campaigns efficiently
- Good understanding of creatives (design + copy direction)
- Data-driven mindset with tracking and reporting skills
- Prior experience in automotive/EV is a plus
