About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Strategist for a full-time, on-site position based in Indore, India. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies for both the company's brand and the personal brand of the Director. This role involves creating high-quality, engaging content tailored for various social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook. The strategist will be responsible for video editing and production, planning content calendars, and optimizing social media presence through effective Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques.
The role requires active monitoring of social media accounts, responding to audience interactions, and analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies. Collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, public relations, and branding is essential to ensure consistent messaging and impactful communication aligned with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a creative mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for digital storytelling to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Strong skills in Content Strategy, Video Editing, and Digital Storytelling.
- Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze social media performance data and develop data-driven strategies.
- Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms effectively.
- Knowledge of current market trends and audience engagement techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Photoshop is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies for the company's official pages and the Director’s personal profiles.
- Create, edit, and optimize engaging short-form and long-form video content suitable for various platforms.
- Manage daily operations of social media accounts, including content posting, monitoring interactions, and responding to audience comments.
- Plan and maintain monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with business objectives and campaigns.
- Utilize SMO techniques to enhance reach, follower engagement, and overall social media presence.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to inform future strategies.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and public relations teams to execute integrated campaigns that support organizational goals.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all digital platforms.
