Account Manager/Digital Marketing Manager

ROLE OBJECTIVETo act as the growth partner and single point of contact for assigned D2C brand accounts.
The Account Manager owns communication, coordination, performance tracking, and delivery alignment across Web, Ads, Creative, and Retention teams — ensuring every brand consistently achieves its sales and ROI goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1.
Client Relationship & Strategy Alignment- Be the primary contact for assigned brands — understand goals, challenges, and market positioning.
- Create and execute monthly brand growth roadmaps in collaboration with marketing and tech teams.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews with internal team & client stakeholders.
- Present clear reports on ROI, ad spend utilization, and growth metrics.
- Maintain high client satisfaction and proactive communication.
2.
Project & Delivery Coordination- Coordinate between internal teams: Performance Marketing, Creative, Web, SEO, CRM, and Influencer.
- Ensure all campaigns, website updates, and deliverables are on time, within scope, and aligned with KPIs.
- Use project management tools (ClickUp / Notion / Monday) to track daily activities.
- Escalate potential delays or issues early and drive resolutions smoothly.
3.
Performance & Growth Reporting- Maintain a dashboard of daily, weekly, and monthly brand metrics:
- Revenue, ROI, ROAS, CAC, LTV
- Repeat order %, CR%, AOV, ad efficiency
- Share actionable insights and recommendations with the client.
- Work with analysts and CGO to identify growth opportunities and performance trends.
4.
Cross-functional Collaboration- Align Web/Tech, Ads, and Retention teams on brand campaigns and product drops.
- Coordinate creative assets (photoshoots, videos, influencers) with timelines.
- Sync with logistics, pricing, and operations team for end-to-end readiness.
5.
Client Retention & Upselling- Ensure renewals, upselling of new services (SEO, CRM, Automation, etc.), and campaign extensions.
- Maintain 100% client retention through results and trust.
- Present new ideas, seasonal campaign plans, and product launch proposals proactively.
- Experience: 3–6 years in account management, client servicing, or project coordination within a D2C / Digital Agency environment.
- Knowledge:
- D2C brand funnels, ad performance metrics, ecommerce tools (Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Understanding of creative & media workflows.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication & presentation.
- Data-driven mindset.
- Multitasking and prioritization.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Analytics, Meta dashboard, and ClickUp / Asana.
- Personality:
- Client-centric, proactive, dependable, and emotionally intelligent.
- Balances empathy with execution.
