Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager – SaaS
Department : Marketing
Reports To: CMO
Location: Gurugram
Employment Type: Full-Time
1. Own and execute the digital marketing strategy for lead generation and user acquisition across channels including SEO, SEM, paid social, content, and email.
2. Optimize the website and landing pages for conversion (CRO), using A/B testing, analytics insights, and UX best practices.
3. Collaborate with content, product marketing, and design teams to deliver targeted campaigns aligned with buyer personas and product messaging.
4. Implement and refine SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and inbound traffic.
5. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data.
6. Work closely with product and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with product launches, user feedback, and sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2. 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
3. Expertise in SEO, SEM, email marketing, marketing automation, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc.).
Salary : 4 to 7 LPA
Joining : Within 30 days
Working : Mon to Sat- Alternative Sat off.
