Job details:
- Google Ads & Performance Marketing: Independently manage and optimise Google Search Ads, Meta Ads, keyword targeting, bidding strategies, budgets and campaigns to generate quality leads at an effective cost per lead.
- SEO & Organic Growth: Develop and execute SEO strategies covering technical, on-page, off-page and local SEO to improve website rankings, organic traffic and search visibility.
- Website Management & Optimisation: Oversee website performance, coordinate with developers, implement SEO recommendations, improve website speed, user experience, landing pages and lead conversions.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Drive qualified enquiries through digital channels, analyse lead quality, work closely with the Sales Team and continuously improve campaigns to increase business conversions.
- Team Management & Leadership: Lead and manage the digital marketing team, including executives and website developers, assign responsibilities, set targets, monitor performance and ensure timely execution.
- Analytics & Performance Reporting: Monitor and analyse campaigns using GA4, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager. Ensure accurate conversion tracking and prepare regular reports on traffic, leads, CPL, ROI and campaign performance.
Experience & Core Competencies:
- 4–7 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with strong expertise in Google Ads, SEO, Meta Ads, lead generation and team management.
- Must demonstrate independent decision-making, problem-solving, accountability and a results-driven approach.
- Experience in overseas education, immigration or visa consultancy is an added advantage
