About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on B2B Digital Marketing Manager who can own the complete marketing cycle — from strategy and campaign planning to execution, optimization, lead generation, and reporting.
You’ll work closely with US-based clients, understand their business goals, and deliver campaigns that generate meaningful B2B leads.
🔥 What You’ll Do
Strategy & Planning
• Understand business goals and create clear digital marketing strategies
• Select the right channels, budgets, audiences, and campaign objectives
Campaign Build & Launch
• Plan, launch, and manage campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Target relevant US industries, companies, job titles, and decision-makers
B2B Lead Generation
• Generate high-quality B2B leads, not just clicks
• Focus on reaching relevant decision-makers and potential buyers
Campaign Management
• Monitor campaigns daily and optimize performance
• Identify what is working and make data-driven improvements
Reporting & Analytics
• Track and analyze campaign performance
• Report on CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, ROAS, and lead quality
• Clearly explain what happened, why it happened, and what should happen next
US Client Communication
• Communicate directly with US-based clients
• Join client calls, provide campaign updates, and understand requirements
Testing & Optimization
• Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and email campaigns
• Continuously improve campaigns based on performance data
✅ What We’re Looking For
Must Have:
✔️ 3–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing
✔️ Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads & Meta Ads
✔️ Strong B2B Lead Generation experience
✔️ Ability to manage campaigns end-to-end independently
✔️ Good understanding of digital marketing analytics
✔️ Strong written and verbal English communication
✔️ Experience working with or targeting the US market
✔️ Comfortable working US night-shift hours from Chennai
Good to Have:
➕ Experience handling US-based clients
➕ Experience in a B2B agency or SaaS company
➕ Knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM tools
➕ Basic understanding of SEO and Content Marketing
