🎯 The Opportunity


We are looking for a high-impact, ROI-driven Digital Marketing Manager to scale IBSi’s global digital presence and revenue engine. This is a growth and transformation role, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled marketing execution and multi-channel scaling across LinkedIn, Google, and Instagram.

You will:

  • Build IBSi into a dominant global FinTech research brand
  • Drive qualified lead generation and revenue growth
  • Accelerate direct digital sales (B2B & B2C) of reports, subscriptions, and events
  • Leverage AI tools to significantly enhance marketing productivity and ROI
  • Build a strong Instagram-led brand and engagement engine
  • Expand across India, UK, Europe, US, and ASEAN


🔥 Key Responsibilities


  • Growth & Demand Generation

Own and execute a full-funnel digital growth strategy

Build scalable engines across LinkedIn, Google, and Instagram

  • AI-Driven Marketing Execution (Critical)
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, etc.) for:

Content at scale (ads, landing pages, social)

Personalization and targeting

Campaign optimization and testing

  • Performance Marketing

Manage LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads, retargeting

Drive CAC, CPL, ROAS optimization

  • Social Media & Brand

Scale IBSi’s presence on LinkedIn and Instagram

Drive engagement, storytelling, and conversions

  • Content & Thought Leadership

Convert research into high-performing marketing assets

  • Automation & CRM

Build AI-enabled lead nurturing and lifecycle campaigns

  • Analytics

Own dashboards for traffic, leads, conversions, revenue


🧠 What We Are Looking For


Experience:

  • 7–12 years in digital marketing with proven revenue impact
  • Strong ownership of lead generation and digital sales outcomes


Preferred Background:

  • B2B FinTech / SaaS / Martech companies (highly preferred)
  • Research, subscription, or insights-led businesses
  • High-growth startups / scale-ups
  • Top-tier performance marketing agencies (with B2B focus)
  • Consulting firms (marketing/growth roles)


AI Capability (Must Have):

  • Hands-on use of AI tools in marketing workflows
  • Ability to integrate AI into:
  • Content creation
  • Campaign optimization
  • Audience targeting
  • Automation and analytics


Core Skills:

  • Performance marketing: LinkedIn, Google, Instagram
  • Strong Instagram growth and conversion strategy experience
  • SEO, content marketing, and funnel optimization
  • Marketing automation (HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce)
  • Strong commercial mindset and ROI focus
  • Experience targeting global CXO audiences is a plus
