Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Leader to drive our B2B marketing efforts across the US, India, and Philippines. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of hands-on digital execution and high-level strategic thinking. You will own the digital marketing roadmap and execution across channels—focusing on performance marketing, SEO/SEM, ABM, and lead generation.
This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment and is comfortable working across geographies and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution
· Design, plan, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (search, social, email, display) with a strong focus on performance and ROI.
· Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies tailored to enterprise and mid-market B2B audiences.
· Develop content-led lead generation strategies and collaborate with internal teams for campaign assets.
SEO & Website Performance
· Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and keyword rankings.
· Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and on-site/off-site optimizations.
· Coordinate with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
Marketing Automation & CRM
· Manage marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) to create and optimize drip campaigns, lead nurturing journeys, and CRM workflows.
· Collaborate with sales and product teams to align campaign efforts with pipeline goals.
Analytics & Reporting
· Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and CRM analytics.
· Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
· 12–15 years of B2B digital marketing experience with strong exposure to the US, India, and PHL markets.
· Proven experience in performance marketing, SEO, ABM, and lead generation.
· Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot/Marketo, SEMrush, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
· Deep understanding of funnel metrics, MQL to SQL conversion, and ROI tracking.
· Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
· Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience in BFSI industry is a plus
