Role OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist with strong expertise in SEO, website management, and B2B lead generation within ERP or enterprise software markets.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently driving qualified leads while managing and optimizing the company website for traffic, performance, and conversions.
Years of Experience- Minimum: 5 years in digital marketing
- At least 2–3 years in B2B lead generation
- Preferred: 5–8 years of experience in ERP / SaaS / IT marketing
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Campaign Management- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on ERP lead generation
- Generate high-quality B2B leads independently through organic and paid channels
- Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing) campaigns
- Run LinkedIn lead generation campaigns (organic & paid)
- Execute targeted email marketing campaigns (cold outreach & nurturing)
SEO & Website Management (Core Focus)- Plan and execute SEO strategies (On-page & Off-page)
- Perform keyword research aligned with ERP and target industries
- Optimize website content for ranking, traffic, and conversions
- Manage and update website content, landing pages, and blogs
- Ensure website is SEO-friendly, fast, and optimized for UX
- Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools
- Improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead conversions
- Handle technical SEO (meta tags, schema, indexing, etc.)
Social Media & Content Management- Manage company presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Plan and publish engaging, industry-focused content
- Align content with lead generation and brand positioning goals
Performance Tracking & Optimization- Track KPIs: Leads, CPL, conversion rates, ROI
- Continuously optimize campaigns and website performance
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions
Technical Skills (Must Have)- SEO Tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console
- Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager
- Paid Ads: Google Ads (Search, Display, Retargeting)
- Social Media Ads: LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads
- Email Marketing: Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns (or similar)
- CRM Tools: HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce (preferred)
- CMS: WordPress or similar platforms
- Basic knowledge of HTML, meta tags, schema markup
- Landing Page Tools (preferred): Unbounce, Elementor, Webflow
Functional Skills- Strong B2B lead generation execution
- Ability to generate leads independently
- Deep understanding of ERP / SaaS buyer journey
- Expertise in SEO strategy & content optimization
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multi-channel campaigns efficiently
Requirements- Proven experience in B2B digital marketing & lead generation
- Strong hands-on expertise in SEO & website management (mandatory)
- Experience in ERP / SaaS / IT solutions marketing (preferred)
- Self-driven and capable of delivering measurable results
Education- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or related field
- However, candidates with proven results in lead generation and SEO will be prioritized over formal education
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with ERP solutions (Oracle NetSuite, SAP Business One, etc.)
- Experience targeting UAE / GCC markets
- Knowledge of marketing automation & lead nurturing
