The Opportunity: Be the Architect We have no formal marketing team— you will be the first. You will not be a "manager" who delegates tasks. You will be the Founding Marketer who executes the strategy. You will use the latest AI and automation tools to act as a "Department of One," driving growth for both our E-commerce store and our Engineering Services division. Key Responsibilities
- Drive E-Commerce Revenue (B2C/B2B) Sales Ownership: Manage the daily sales performance of probots.co.in
- Analyze product margins and push high-value inventory. Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Ensure Probots is the top recommendation when engineers ask Gemini, ChatGPT, or Perplexity for components. Visual & Voice Commerce: Optimize product images for Google Lens and structure data so voice assistants (Siri/Alexa) can read our specs accurately.
- Build B2B Authority (Engineering Services) Lead Generation: Use LinkedIn and cold outreach strategies to connect with industrial R&D heads. Content Strategy: Direct our internal technical team on what content to create (Case Studies, Whitepapers) to prove our engineering expertise to corporate clients.
- The Modern Tech Stack (Execution) Paid Ads: Manage high-ROI campaigns on Google Ads (Shopping/PMax) and Meta Ads. Automation: Use No-Code tools (like Zapier or Make.com ) to automate workflows (e.g., New B2B Lead -> Auto-WhatsApp -> CRM entry ). The 2026 Marketing Stack We don't expect you to know everything, but you must be proficient in these tools: Category Tools You Will Use Ads & Traffic Google Ads Manager (Shopping/Search), Meta Ads Manager
- SEO & Research Ahrefs / SEMRush (for competitor takedowns), Google Search Console
- AI Workflows Gemini / ChatGPT (for market research, content scaling, and data cleaning). Analytics GA4 (Google Analytics 4) , Microsoft Clarity (Heatmaps). Data & CRM Excel (Pivot Tables are mandatory), Email Marketing Tools
- Candidate Profile MBA is Mandatory: We need business acumen. You must understand how marketing spend affects the P&L. Tech-Curious: You don't need an Engineering degree, but you must be excited by technology. You should be willing to learn what a "Stepper Motor" or "3D Printer" is. Data Ethics: Familiarity with India’s DPDP Act

Requirements Requirements Education & Experience Qualification: MBA is Mandatory (Marketing, Operations, or Systems). Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, Growth, or E-commerce Management. Startup Fit: Experience working in a startup or a small team ("Department of One") is highly preferred. Technical Proficiency (Must-Haves) AI & GEO: High proficiency in using Gemini, ChatGPT, or Perplexity for market research, content generation, and data cleaning. Paid Ads: Hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Shopping/PMax) and Meta Ads with a focus on ROAS. SEO Tools: Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMRush, or Ubersuggest for keyword research and competitor analysis. Analytics: Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity (Heatmaps). Data Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) is non-negotiable. Functional Skills Automation: Basic understanding of No-Code automation tools like Zapier or Make.com to streamline workflows. Compliance: Awareness of India’s DPDP Act (Digital Personal Data Protection) and ethical data collection. Tech-Curiosity: While an engineering degree is not required, you must demonstrate a genuine interest in technical products (Robotics, 3D Printing, Electronics). Behavioral Traits Self-Starter: Ability to execute strategies without daily supervision. Data-First Mindset: You prioritize data and financial metrics over vanity metrics (likes/shares).
