Work Model: Hybrid – 1 day work from home per week
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM shift

We’re now looking for a talented Digital Marketing Lead to own and accelerate our growth in the construction tech space.
What you’ll own:
- Full ownership of digital marketing strategy and execution (demand gen + brand building)
- Multi-channel campaigns: LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, content marketing, email nurturing, webinars, YouTube
- Positioning Vavetek AI as the go-to AI leader in AEC / construction tech
- Creating compelling content for technical buyers (engineers, project directors, CTOs, developers)
- Scaling paid acquisition (especially LinkedIn and Google) with strong focus on ROAS and pipeline quality
- Building high-quality B2B SaaS lead funnels in a category with long sales cycles
- Collaborating closely with product, sales, and founders to turn complex AI tech into powerful stories
You’ll thrive here if you have:
- 3-6+ years in digital marketing (B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred)
- Proven track record with LinkedIn campaigns, Google Ads, and content in technical / complex industries
- Experience marketing to engineering, construction, architecture, real-estate, or similar verticals (major plus)
- Strong analytical skills: attribution, funnel metrics, A/B testing, GA4, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.
- Excellent English writing and storytelling
- Hands-on executor with strategic thinking
- Bonus: familiarity with construction tech, BIM, Revit, AEC SaaS, proptech, or industrial AI
