Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager with good technical and social media backend understanding to join our team. If you possess a strong technical background in digital marketing from D2C brands and analytics, with a passion for optimizing online performance, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Analytics:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance across platforms using various analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) (paid and non-paid tools
- Track key metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversion rates to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization based on data-driven analysis.
2. Website Management & SEO:
- Oversee the technical management and maintenance of company website, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience.
- Implement and manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Conduct regular website audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis to identify areas for improvement.
3. Programmatic Banners & Digital Advertising:
- Develop and manage programmatic banner ad campaigns, including setup, targeting, optimization, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design effective banner ads that align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on real-time data and trends.
4. Website Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Set up and configure website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics) to track user behaviour, traffic sources, and conversion events.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards to present website performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Identify user behaviour patterns and make recommendations to improve website conversion rates and overall performance.
5. Trend Analysis & Strategy Development:
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behaviour to inform marketing strategies and tactics. Provide recommendations for new digital marketing initiatives based on trend analysis and emerging technologies.
6. Customer Relationship & Loyalty Management
- Supports the Loyalty Programme — managing customer tiers, rewards and member benefits
- CRM monthly plans — building and executing segment-wise communication calendars across channels
- Life-cycle communication — designing and running campaigns across the customer journey, from acquisition to retention to win-back
- Programme performance reporting — tracking customer value, engagement and programme ROI
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, SEO, website management, or a related technical role.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and social media monitoring tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Experience with programmatic advertising platforms and campaign management.
- Technical proficiency in website management, including CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Familiarity with tag management systems like Google Tag Manager. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
