Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Lead who can plan, execute, and optimise B2B campaigns focused on lead generation and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute B2B digital marketing campaigns
- Drive qualified leads through:
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- SEO
- Email Marketing
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns
- Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics & Search Console
- Improve conversion funnels and ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Guide junior team members (if applicable)
Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)
- Strong B2B lead generation experience
- Hands-on with Google Ads / PPC
- Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- SEO fundamentals
- Data-driven mindset (CPL, CAC, ROI)
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- ABM and DemandGen
Good to Have
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Marketing automation knowledge
- Agency experience
