Digital Marketing Lead – Real EstateLocation: Banaswadi, Bangalore
Work Mode: Mandatory Work from Office
Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly hands-on Digital Marketing Lead to take complete ownership of digital lead generation for our real estate projects.
The primary objective is to generate high-quality leads at the lowest possible CPL and continuously improve lead-to-visit conversion.
This is not a strategy-only or team management role. The candidate will be expected to personally execute campaigns end-to-end without reliance on junior team members.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, SEO, and native platforms like Taboola.
- Create and test ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Work very closely with the Pre-Sales team to understand call feedback, customer objections, and lead intent.
- Use insights from call outcomes to refine targeting, creatives, and campaign structures.
- Monitor lead-to-appointment and lead-to-visit ratios and take actions to improve funnel performance.
- Observe and understand how pre-sales calls are handled and suggest improvements in scripts, qualification, and follow-up processes.
- Track campaign performance using analytics and CRM data and drive continuous CPL reduction.
Requirements- 4–6+ years of digital marketing experience (real estate / high-ticket lead generation preferred).
- Strong hands-on execution expertise in Google Ads, SEO, Meta Ads, and native ads.
- Proven ability to generate leads at competitive CPL.
- Strong understanding of lead funnels and sales conversion behaviour.
- Analytical, creative, and performance-driven mindset.
- Must be comfortable working full-time from office in Banaswadi, Bangalore.
