About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to lead the organic growth initiatives for our company. The role focuses on strengthening brand awareness in the cybersecurity space, increasing high-quality inbound leads, and ensuring consistent, compliant, and high-standard marketing output. The ideal candidate will take charge of our existing marketing team, develop strong organic growth strategies, and ensure that all marketing-qualified leads meet top-tier quality standards. This position is well-suited for someone with a strong grasp of cybersecurity services and hands-on experience in SEO, content strategy, and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive organic lead generation across all channels, including SEO, content marketing, and social media.
• Build and execute an organic growth strategy tailored to the cybersecurity space.
• Oversee the marketing team, guide day-to-day activities, and support planned team expansion.
• Develop and manage content strategies that meet internal quality benchmarks and comply with cybersecurity and privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27001, etc.).
• Improve brand visibility and authority within the cybersecurity services market.
• Optimize website performance, keyword rankings, and overall organic presence using advanced SEO practices.
• Ensure accurate tracking, management, and reporting of marketing leads through Salesforce, supporting seamless handoff to the sales team.
• Maintain high quality of all MQLs to ensure sales-ready opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 4–7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or technical service- based industries.
• Proven success in driving organic growth without relying on paid advertising.
• Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, and social media for organic acquisition.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity services and industry standards (preferred).
• Experience working with Salesforce for lead tracking and reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to maintain high-quality output while working with cross-functional teams.
