Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead

Role Overview:
We are seeking an entrepreneurial Head of Marketing to build and lead our marketing department from the ground up. As the foundational marketing leader, you will be responsible for setting up the department's infrastructure, conceptualizing overarching digital strategies, and driving B2B lead generation. You will leverage your deep understanding of service-based business models to boost our organization's presence and authority in the competitive US staffing market.
Key Responsibilities:
· Department Setup: Build and structure the marketing department from scratch, establishing standard operating procedures and selecting necessary tools.
· Campaign Management: Design, launch, and oversee comprehensive digital and social media marketing campaigns tailored to B2B clients in the USA.
· Paid Advertising & Budgeting: Take full ownership of the digital advertising budget, determining strategic spend across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
· Lead Generation: Architect and execute aggressive inbound and outbound lead generation funnels for our service-based offerings.
· SEO Leadership: Oversee the company's overarching SEO strategy and effectively guide and manage specialized SEO personnel.
· Strategic Alignment: Analyze campaign performance to ensure all marketing efforts align with sales objectives and organizational growth.
Key Skills Required:
· B2B Service Expertise: Proven experience in marketing service-based B2B businesses to corporate clients.
· Department Building: Track record of setting up marketing operations and scaling a department from the ground up.
· Performance Marketing Mastery: Hands-on expertise in running paid ads, strategic boosting, and intelligent budget allocation.
· SEO Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of SEO mechanics and best practices to lead specialized teams.
· Market Familiarity: Experience handling digital campaigns for international markets, specifically the USA.
Qualifications:
· Significant progressive experience in marketing leadership roles (5+ years).
· No specific degree requirement – skills, B2B experience, and leadership matter most.
· Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or advanced marketing strategies are a plus.
