Metty.ai is an AI-first platform that redefines how businesses, startups, and professionals connect with verified service providers, including developers, marketers, designers, and legal experts, for a wide range of work formats such as on-site, remote, contractual, and freelance. Unlike traditional hiring platforms, Metty.ai eliminates the need for job postings, profile comparisons, or awaiting proposals. All you need to do is communicate your requirements, and Metty takes care of the rest.
We're looking for someone who gets genuinely excited about a blank canvas.
Not a "manage existing campaigns" role. Not a "follow the playbook" role. This is a build-it-from-scratch, own-the-entire-funnel, watch-the-traffic-graph-go-vertical kind of role.
What you'll actually do:
Build our digital marketing engine from zero. Launch and optimize paid ads across Meta, Google, and wherever else our audience hides. Set up remarketing flows that bring people back at the right moment with the right message. Own the full journey from first impression to conversion — and then scale it from our first thousand visitors to our first million (and beyond).
You won't be waiting for briefs or approvals on every little thing. You'll be the person setting the direction, running the experiments, killing what doesn't work, and doubling down on what does.
You'll love this if you:
- Have actually taken a brand from early traction to serious scale (we'll want to hear the story)
- Know your way around Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools like the back of your hand
- Think in funnels, cohorts, CAC, and LTV — but also care about the creative that makes people stop scrolling
- Get why remarketing isn't just "show the ad again" — it's a whole strategy
- Are part-strategist, part-operator, part-creative — and okay wearing all three hats on the same day
- Want ownership, not just a job
