Job Summary
We are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Lead with strong expertise in SEO and digital marketing strategies. The candidate will be responsible for improving organic search performance, driving website traffic, generating leads, and managing end-to-end SEO activities along with supporting digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata for search engines.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate with development teams for implementation.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Manage on-page, off-page, and local SEO activities.
- Create and execute link-building strategies.
- Work closely with content, design, and development teams to improve digital presence.
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
- Plan and support digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and paid ads.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and latest SEO trends.
- Lead and mentor junior marketing team members when required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
- Understanding of technical SEO, backlinks, schema markup, and website optimization.
- Knowledge of content marketing and keyword strategy.
- Familiarity with WordPress or CMS platforms.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads and social media marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
