Job Description – Digital Marketing Lead

About the Role
AQB Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly driven, performance-oriented Digital Marketing Lead who can independently lead and scale the company’s digital growth initiatives. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who combines deep SEO expertise, emerging AI-search visibility knowledge, automation capabilities, and creative campaign execution.
We are looking for a confident performer who can elevate the marketing function to the next level with minimal handholding and strong ownership mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute the company’s end-to-end digital marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
Drive strong organic visibility across traditional search engines as well as AI-powered search and answer engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and other conversational platforms.
Build and implement advanced SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies to improve discoverability and authority.
Create and execute innovative, differentiated marketing campaigns with measurable business impact.
Develop high-performing B2B lead generation strategies for IT services and technology offerings.
Independently manage digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
Use AI tools and automation frameworks to streamline marketing workflows, reporting, analytics, and decision-making processes.
Build data-driven dashboards, tracking systems, and performance measurement frameworks.
Collaborate closely with leadership, sales, and business teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
Analyze market trends, user behavior, competitor activities, and campaign performance to continuously optimize strategy.
Mentor and elevate the marketing team through process improvements, strategic direction, and execution excellence.
Candidate Expectations
Ability to work independently with strong ownership and execution capability.
Proven ability to scale marketing outcomes without constant supervision.
Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward experimentation, innovation, and measurable growth.
Comfortable leveraging AI tools for coding, automation, campaign optimization, and productivity enhancement.
Demonstrated history of running creative and differentiated marketing campaigns with tangible results.
Strong communication and leadership capabilities with strategic thinking approach.
Required Skills & Expertise
5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in IT Services, SaaS, or Technology sectors.
Strong expertise in SEO, technical SEO, content strategy, and performance marketing.
Hands-on understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and AI-search visibility strategies.
Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and automation tools.
Familiarity with AI-assisted coding/tools for automation, reporting, and workflow optimization.
Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, attribution models, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking.
Experience managing individual performance metrics and business-driven KPIs.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record of generating qualified B2B leads and improving brand visibility.
Experience in scaling digital presence for technology or IT service companies.
Exposure to automation platforms, no-code/low-code tools, or scripting using AI-assisted workflows.
MBA or relevant certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, Analytics, or Growth Marketing will be an added advantage.
