About the Role
We are looking for a creative and driven Junior Digital Marketing Executive to support our marketing team in executing digital campaigns, managing social media platforms, and increasing brand visibility online. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about content, trends, and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Create engaging captions, reels concepts, and basic creatives in coordination with the design team
- Monitor and report on social media and ad performance metrics
- Support paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Conduct basic market and competitor research
- Coordinate with internal teams for event promotions and campaign launches
- Help maintain website content and SEO basics
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of social media marketing
- Familiarity with Meta Ads & Google Ads (preferred but not mandatory)
- Knowledge of Canva or similar tools
- Basic understanding of SEO & content marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Certifications in Digital Marketing (added advantage)
