Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Managing and updating property listings on real estate portals such as MagicBricks, Housing.com, 99acres, etc.
- Generating and tracking online leads from property portals and digital platforms.
- Conducting market research on local real estate trends, competitor projects, and pricing in Pune.
- Assisting in digital marketing activities including social media posts, reels, and campaign support.
- Coordinating with the sales team to share and follow up on generated leads.
- Monitoring portal performance, listing visibility, and lead quality.
- Helping create basic marketing content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and property promotions.
- Maintaining proper lead and portal activity records in Excel/CRM.
