Responsibilities:
- Independently manage, optimize and scale Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns for optimal ROI.
- Analyse campaign performance across all group brands and platforms, using tools like Google Analytics for actionable insights.
- Monitor competitors' digital campaigns on key platforms to identify trends and opportunities.
- Conceptualize and execute engaging online activities, such as polls, live sessions and content series, to drive brand interaction and customer engagement.
- Help with content ideation (ads, reels, creatives)
- Track daily campaign metrics and prepare insightful performance reports to inform optimisations and strategic decisions.
- Support basic SEO efforts to improve organic visibility.
Qualifications:
• Strong interest in D2C, fashion, or eCommerce
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads / Google Ads
• Analytical mindset & creative thinking
• Someone who takes ownership and moves fast
Location: Mumbai
Duration: 3 months, has the opportunity to convert full time
