Work on real Meta & Google ad accounts (not mock projects)
Help test ad ideas, hooks, and audiences
Track what’s working, and learn why it’s working
Support in launching and scaling campaigns
Learn how budgets, bidding, and ROAS actually work in practice
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams
