Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (Full-Time | Real Client Exposure)
Type: Full-Time Role
Work Mode: Wfo/Hybrid
Location: Noida (Sector 63)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on skills & performance)
Important: This will be an online interview. Candidates must have their own laptop.
About the Role
We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive who can execute fast and create marketing creatives independently.
This is a hands-on execution role, not a theoretical marketing role.
You will work on real campaigns, real clients, and real growth activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create marketing creatives, posts, and campaign assets using Canva (mandatory)
- Execute LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns
- Research companies and build lead lists
- Write LinkedIn messages, emails, and basic marketing content
- Maintain campaign trackers in Excel
- Support daily marketing and sales execution activities
- Track campaign performance and share reports
Mandatory Requirement (Non-Negotiable)
🚨 Strong Canva & PowerPoint (PPT) skills are compulsory.
Candidates without practical hands-on experience in Canva and PPT should NOT apply.
You must be able to:
- Create LinkedIn posts & carousel creatives
- Design marketing creatives and campaign visuals
- Build basic marketing presentations (PPT)
- Create clean, structured, professional decks
- Work fast using templates, brand guidelines, and formats
- Convert content ideas into visual creatives independently
