Digital Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Growth Strategy:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase followers, profile visits, and overall brand visibility across platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn. Identify growth opportunities through trends, hashtags, collaborations, and audience targeting.
- Content Creation & Optimization:
- Create engaging, high-quality content (posts, reels, carousels, captions) designed to maximize reach and engagement. Optimize content using trending formats, hooks, hashtags, and posting timings.
- Reach & Engagement Enhancement:
- Monitor and improve key metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement rate, and follower growth. Implement strategies to increase organic reach and virality of content.
- Content Planning & Calendar Management:
- Plan and maintain a structured content calendar aligned with marketing goals and campaigns. Ensure consistency in posting and brand messaging.
- Performance Marketing Support:
- Assist in boosting high-performing content through paid promotions (Meta Ads). Support campaigns focused on increasing reach, traffic, and lead generation.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Track social media performance using analytics tools and platform insights. Prepare weekly reports focusing on reach, engagement, and growth trends. Provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.
- Trend Analysis & Innovation:
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and competitor strategies. Suggest creative ideas to improve content visibility and audience engagement.
- Audience Engagement & Community Building:
- Engage with followers through comments, messages, and interactive content. Build an active and engaged online community.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with design, content, and business teams to align strategies with brand goals.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in social media marketing, content creation, and digital growth strategies.
- Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms’ algorithms and trends.
- Basic knowledge of content formats (reels, carousels, short-form videos) and engagement tactics.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Ads Manager, and social media analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Analytical ability to interpret metrics like reach, impressions, and engagement.
- Proactive, trend-aware, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
- Internship Duration: 3 months
- First Month: Focused on training and skill development
- Second & Third Month: Stipend of INR 3,000 per month
