Role Overview
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern, with certain experience who combines creativity with data-driven thinking. You’ll help us craft and scale WorkElate’s presence across digital platforms, create engaging campaigns, and build momentum around our growing AI ecosystem. This is a paid internship designed to give you real ownership and mentorship.
Exceptional performers may be offered a full-time role after the internship.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Contribute to content strategy, SEO/SEM, performance marketing, and analytics.
- Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Work directly with leadership to design community and growth experiments.
- Learn how to position a category-creating AI product and build an early adopter movement around it.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of digital and performance marketing (social media, paid ads, SEO/SEM, analytics).
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Linkedin ads or Sales Navigator or HubSpot.
- Creative instinct backed by data you know when to experiment and when to measure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Students or graduates in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred.
- Self-driven, curious, and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
