Digital Marketing Intern Startup Team
Job Overview:
We’re a fast-moving startup looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who’s hungry to learn and excited to build. This role is hands-on: you’ll work on real campaigns, real content, and real growth goals across social media, SEO, email marketing, and website updates.
If you’re proactive, creative, and love experimenting with what works (and learning from what doesn’t), you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do:
- Create and schedule engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, etc.)
- Support SEO improvements through keyword research, on-page optimisation, and performance tracking
- Help build and improve email campaigns (copywriting + tracking open/click rates)
- Update and maintain the website, keeping content fresh and search-friendly
- Support B2B outreach materials: pitch decks, presentations, and simple client-facing assets
- Track results and report what’s working (and what needs improvement)
- Design simple visuals using Canva / Photoshop for posts, blogs, and promos
- Support project coordination: deadlines, content calendars, team check-ins
- Join team brainstorms and bring ideas for new campaigns and growth experiments
What We’re Looking For:
- Organised, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Strong English communication (written + verbal)
- Comfortable with tools like Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ideally WordPress
- Basic understanding (or strong interest) in SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, email marketing Canva/Photoshop skills are a plus
- Curious mindset: you like testing ideas, analysing results, and improving fast
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
