Role Description
This is a full-time Digital Marketing Intern role based in Kochi with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of on-site and work-from-home days. The Digital Marketing Intern will assist in planning and executing digital campaigns across channels such as social media, email, and search. Daily responsibilities include creating and publishing content, monitoring social media platforms, and engaging with online communities to build brand awareness. The intern will support web analytics tasks, track campaign performance, and prepare basic reports and insights for the marketing team. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting competitor and market research, and contributing ideas to improve online marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with an interest in learning industry-standard tools and best practices.
- Familiarity with Social Media Marketing, including content creation, posting, and basic community management across major platforms.
- Basic understanding of Web Analytics, with the ability to interpret fundamental metrics and assist in performance reporting.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Curiosity about technology, willingness to learn new tools, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
