MoodScale is founded by IIT alumni with strong backgrounds in technology, data, and psychology. You will work directly with the founders and play a key role in shaping the product from 0 to 1.
Role Overview
It is a hands-on digital marketing role where you will help build MoodScale’s online presence, voice, and growth from the ground up. You will work across content, social media, design, and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow MoodScale’s social media presence across platforms
- Create engaging content including posts, captions, and storytelling formats
- Design image creatives using tools like Canva or Figma
- Use Gen AI tools to create short-form videos and social media content
- Work on marketing decks and pitch presentations
- Build and maintain a structured content calendar
- Track performance metrics and analyze social media trends
- Collaborate with influencers and creators for partnerships
- Promote MoodScale through your personal social media presence
- Write compelling, conversion-driven content
Who we are looking for
- A BBA/MBA fresher or a final-year student
- Passionate about working in a fast-growing startup environment
- Detail-oriented, especially with content and communication
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Empathetic and aligned with mental health and wellness space
- Self-driven with high ownership and accountability
- Curious about trends, social media, and digital growth
