We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Intern (Execution > Theory)
Most internships are observation-based.
This isn’t one of them.
At Magnet Work, you won’t “learn marketing.”
You’ll do marketing—and your output will directly impact brand growth.
What you’ll actually be doing:
• Creating high-performance Instagram Reels (idea → shoot → edit → publish)
• Editing short-form videos that people actually watch till the end
• Designing fast, clean creatives using Canva
• Managing and growing Instagram + LinkedIn
• Tracking what works (and what flops) using analytics
• Iterating content based on performance—not opinions
What we’re looking for:
• You know how attention works (or you’re obsessed with figuring it out)
• You’ve used tools like CapCut / Premiere Pro / Canva
• You understand hooks, storytelling, and retention
• You execute fast. No overthinking, no waiting
• You care about output, not just ideas
What you’ll get:
