🎯 Key Result Areas (KRA)
As an intern, you will be directly involved in the execution of our digital growth strategies:
• Social Media Management: End-to-end management of social media platforms, focusing on community growth and engagement.
• Meta Ads Execution: Practical handling of Facebook and Instagram Ads Manager, including campaign setup and monitoring.
• Content Strategy: Developing engaging written and visual content for blogs, emails, and social media campaigns.
• Market Research & Insights: Conducting research on the latest digital marketing trends and identifying new opportunities for brand growth.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitoring competitor activities across digital channels to help refine our marketing strategies.
• Email Marketing Support: Assisting in drafting and executing email newsletters to nurture leads.
• Analytics & Reporting: Using MS Excel and Google Analytics to track and report weekly campaign performance.
🎓 Eligibility & Requirements
• Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree. Currently pursuing students or recent graduates from any stream may apply.
• Skills: Strong theoretical and practical understanding of Digital Marketing fundamentals.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and designing in Canva.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills (Mandatory).
• Mindset: A creative, proactive, and analytical mindset with a hunger to learn.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow brand guidelines and ensure error-free content delivery.
