As a Founding Team – Growth Intern, you will work directly with the founder and play a key role in shaping the company’s early growth, branding, and client engagement efforts. This is a hands-on opportunity to experience startup execution from the ground up.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, communication, and operational ownership. You will contribute to building FinNavigator’s online presence, managing founder-level communication, and supporting client interactions while being closely involved in early-stage growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Branding
- Create and publish engaging content on LinkedIn to increase brand visibility and audience engagement
- Write blogs and articles on product features, use cases, and industry insights
- Publish content on the company website and professional platforms such as LinkedIn
- Manage the founder’s personal LinkedIn profile, including content posting and basic engagement activities
Client Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with clients for meeting scheduling, follow-ups, and basic communications
- Attend client meetings and prepare clear, structured Minutes of Meetings (MoMs)
- Support smooth communication between the founder and clients
Growth & Operations Support
- Assist the founder with daily tasks, growth experiments, and execution initiatives
- Take ownership of multiple operational and growth-related activities as required
Skills Required
- Content writing and storytelling for professional and B2B audiences
- LinkedIn content creation and basic social media management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of startups, B2B SaaS, and growth-driven environments
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and take ownership in a fast-paced startup setup
- Professional communication and client-handling skills
- Attention to detail and consistency in execution
- Familiarity with Canva and Adobe Photoshop for basic design, visual content creation, and social media creatives
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional content creation
- Ability to write clear, structured blogs, posts, and summaries
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail (especially for MoMs and coordination)
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
