Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern role at Cosurj is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the intern will support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media initiatives across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. Day-to-day tasks include creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing web and engagement metrics, and assisting with online outreach activities. The intern will help maintain brand consistency, research audience trends, and identify opportunities to increase visibility and user engagement. Collaboration with product, content, and community teams will be key to ensuring that marketing activities align with Cosurj’s mission of enabling communities to share knowledge and grow together.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with an interest in community-focused products.
- Ability to plan and execute Social Media Marketing campaigns across major platforms.
- Basic understanding of Web Analytics tools and metrics to track and optimize campaign performance.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, including written, verbal, and visual storytelling.
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, curious mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with design or content creation tools (e.g., Canva, basic video editing) is a plus.
