Social Media & Reels Management
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, LinkedIn short-form videos, and digital content
- Develop content ideas aligned with brand voice and positioning
- Edit videos using tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms
- Manage posting schedules and optimize captions, hashtags, and engagement strategies
- Track engagement metrics and improve content performance
SEO & Website Optimization
- Assist in keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize website pages and blog content for SEO
- Work on on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking)
- Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics and Search Console
- Support backlink building and content strategy initiatives
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Analyze campaign performance and engagement metrics
- Prepare basic marketing performance reports
- Identify trends and recommend improvements
- Support lead generation tracking and reporting
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing, especially Reels and short-form content
- Basic knowledge of SEO concepts (keywords, on-page optimization, meta tags)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Basic video editing skills
- Understanding of B2B marketing is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools
- Interest in branding, SEO, and performance marketing
