What You’ll Do
- Campaign Management: Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing performance campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Substack.
- Content & Creative Creation: Draft compelling ad copy, design social media assets, and craft high-converting landing page content.
- SEO & Web Optimization: Support website design improvements, SEO keyword strategies, and user experience enhancements.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (CTR, conversions, CAC, ROAS), build performance dashboards, and prepare client decks.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor benchmarking, keyword analysis, and audience research.
- Client Execution: Support live client engagements and assist in product/campaign testing.
Who We’re Looking For
- Strict Location Requirement: Must be currently based in Hyderabad, India and able to report to our Jubilee Hills office regularly (On-site/Hybrid). Remote candidates outside Hyderabad will not be considered at this time.
- Education: Final-year students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related fields.
- Core Skills: Familiarity with tools like Linkedin, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, or AI-driven marketing workflows.
- Mindset: Strong analytical ability, data fluency, and a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Communication: Good written and verbal English communication skills.
