Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Intern / Junior Marketing Executive to support our marketing initiatives across database management, campaign execution, and social media handling. The role will involve working closely with the marketing team to drive brand visibility and market penetration within our focused fintech audience.

Key Responsibilities

Curate and maintain marketing databases as per the defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

Execute marketing campaigns according to the provided campaign calendar and schedule

Manage and handle the company's LinkedIn and other social media accounts

Post articles, blogs, and industry insights related to fintech and our core business domain

Research and share latest fintech trends, updates, and insights to engage the target audience

Support Other Marketing Activities Such As

Content coordination

Campaign tracking and reporting

Event/webinar promotions

Lead generation support

Assist the marketing team with ad-hoc marketing initiatives and operational tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

Fresher or final-year student with interest in Marketing / Digital Marketing

Basic Understanding Of

Social media platforms (especially LinkedIn)

Marketing campaigns and lead generation

Good written communication skills

Interest in fintech, finance, or B2B marketing is a plus

Willingness to learn, execute, and take ownership of tasks

Nice to Have

Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Canva, Google Sheets, or basic CRM tools

Prior internship or college project experience in marketing
