We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Inbound Demand Generation Executive to join our Gurgaon office. This role suits professionals with experience in the IT services industry, a solid understanding of CRM / ERP solutions, and proven ability to generate high‑quality inbound leads through digital channels.
You will be responsible for attracting, nurturing, and converting inbound prospects into qualified opportunities for our CRM, ERP, and IT consulting offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Lead & Demand Generation
- Create and execute inbound demand generation strategies for CRM, ERP, and IT service offerings.
- Drive qualified inbound leads through SEO, content marketing, paid ads, nurturing workflows, and landing pages.
- Build, track, and optimize funnels to improve MQL → SQL conversions.
- Target IT decision-makers including CIOs, CTOs, Heads of IT, Sales, and Operations.
Digital Marketing Execution
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, and paid campaigns.
- Oversee content-driven campaigns including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and lead magnets.
- Work closely with sales & consulting teams to align messaging with IT buyer needs.
- Run A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and CTAs to boost conversion performance.
CRM & Marketing Automation
- Hands-on work with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Build workflows, lead scoring, and nurturing sequences.
- Maintain clean CRM data and ensure smooth lead handoff to sales.
- Track the complete lead lifecycle from first touchpoint to opportunity stage.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor CPL, lead volume, funnel metrics, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Use insights to refine targeting and campaign performance.
- Share regular reports and data-backed recommendations with management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in inbound digital marketing within the IT/CRM/ERP ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of B2B IT buying cycles.
- Hands-on proficiency with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Practical skills in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and funnel optimization.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
