We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Head to lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing initiatives focused on brand growth, lead generation, and online visibility.The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and overall digital campaign management, preferably within the software or IT industry.
The candidate must be capable of leading a digital marketing team, analyzing campaign performance, managing budgets, and delivering measurable business results aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, website traffic, and business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring effective execution of campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Plan and oversee SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, technical SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, AEO, and GEO strategies to improve search visibility, AI search presence, and organic traffic.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and other digital platforms to maximize ROI and conversions.
- Plan, execute, and monitor social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms to increase engagement, reach, and brand presence.
- Optimize content and website structure for search engines, AI-driven search platforms, voice search, featured snippets, and generative AI search experiences.
- Collaborate with content, design, development, sales & marketing teams to ensure alignment across campaigns and branding efforts.
- Monitor website performance, user engagement, conversion rates, and campaign analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Identify market trends, customer behavior, and new digital opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Manage technical SEO activities including site audits, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and page speed optimization.
- Prepare detailed marketing performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- Develop and manage digital marketing budgets while ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI-driven marketing tools, search engine algorithm updates, and automation technologies.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals and revenue targets.
Requirements:- Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong expertise in SEO, AEO, GEO, Google Ads, PPC campaigns, social media marketing, and overall digital marketing strategy.
- Good understanding of AI-driven search experiences, featured snippets, conversational search optimization, and generative AI content visibility.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing platforms.
- Experience in the Software/IT industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of website structure, landing page optimization, conversion tracking, and CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and technical SEO concepts is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools, marketing automation, and performance optimization techniques.
