Digital Marketing Executive| CTC- 5 to 6 lakhs per annum

What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Creative Strategy
• Conceptualize, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and produce short-form video content : Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Stories – that are on-trend, visually appealing, and aligned with the brand voice.
• Develop content calendars with a mix of product education, skincare routines, before/after results, testimonials, behind-the-scenes, and trending formats.
• Write compelling captions, scripts, blog posts, and ad copy that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
• Collaborate influencers to produce high-quality visual and video assets.
2. Social Media Management & Community Building
• Own and manage all brand social media handles : strategy, posting, engagement, and growth.
• Build and nurture an engaged online community through consistent interaction, responding to comments/DMs, and fostering conversations.
• Track social media metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth) and optimize strategy based on performance data.
• Stay on top of platform algorithm changes, trending audio, hashtags, and formats to maximize organic reach.
• Manage influencer and creator collaborations : identification, outreach, briefing, content review, and performance tracking.
3. Performance Marketing & Paid Campaigns
• Plan, set up, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook + Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), and other platforms as needed.
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, ad creatives, and A/B testing to maximize ROAS.
• Build and manage retargeting campaigns, lookalike audiences, and custom audience segments for full-funnel marketing.
• Monitor campaign performance daily - CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates – and make data-driven optimizations.
• Set up and manage tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters) to ensure accurate attribution and reporting.
4. Brand Narrative & Storytelling
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
• Craft compelling brand stories that communicate Narra’s mission, values, ingredient philosophy, and product benefits.
• Plan and execute brand campaigns around product launches, seasonal themes, awareness days, and cultural moments.
• Create customer-centric narratives using testimonials, UGC (user-generated content), and real results to build trust and credibility.
5. SEO & Organic Growth
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices across the Shopify website (meta titles, descriptions, alt tags, URL structure, internal linking).
• Plan and write SEO-optimized blog content to drive organic traffic and improve domain authority.
• Monitor organic search performance using Google Search Console and analytics tools; identify opportunities to improve rankings.
• Optimize product pages, collection pages, and landing pages for search visibility and conversion.
• Build a backlink strategy through guest posts, PR mentions, and digital collaborations.
6. Email, WhatsApp & SMS Marketing (in coordination with E-Commerce Team)
• Support the creation of marketing campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and SMS channels for promotions, launches, and engagement.
• Write email copy and design campaign flows that align with the brand’s tone and drive click-throughs.
• Coordinate with the E-Commerce Manager on integrated marketing efforts, offers, and seasonal campaigns
7. Influencer Marketing
• Identify and onboard relevant influencers and creators for Narra.
• Plan and execute influencer campaigns for launches and key brand moments.
• Manage briefs, content, timelines, and deliverables.
• Use creator content to drive awareness, trust, and conversions.
• Track performance and scale partnerships that work.
8. Analytics, Reporting & Insights
• Track and report on all digital marketing KPIs weekly : reach, engagement, website traffic, lead generation, ad performance, and revenue attribution.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards (Google Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics) for real-time visibility.
• Analyze campaign data to identify what’s working, what’s not, and present actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for differentiation.
9. Marketplace & Platform Advertising (Future Scope)
• Support product listing optimization and sponsored ad campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, and Nykaa as the brand expands to marketplaces.
• Monitor marketplace ad performance and optimize for discoverability, click-through, and conversions.
10. Online Reputation & PR Support
• Monitor brand mentions, reviews, and sentiment across digital platforms.
• Coordinate with PR efforts for digital coverage, features, and brand mentions in online publications.
• Manage Google Business Profile and ensure positive online presence across review platforms.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
• 1-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in D2C, beauty, skincare, FMCG, or lifestyle brands.
• Proven track record of creating engaging social media content, including Reels/short-form video, that has driven measurable growth.
• Hands-on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals : on-page, off-page, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with a flair for brand voice consistency.
• Proficiency with tools: Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Canva, and basic video editing tools.
• Strong analytical mindset : ability to read data, derive insights, and make performance-driven decisions.
• Self-starter with excellent time management, able to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Good-to-Have
• Experience with influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
• Familiarity with Shopify ecosystem, email marketing tools and WhatsApp marketing platforms.
• Basic graphic design skills and understanding of visual aesthetics for social media.
• Exposure to AI-powered marketing tools for content and creative acceleration.
• Knowledge of skincare ingredients, routines, and consumer behaviour in the beauty/personal care space.
• Experience with marketplace advertising (Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Ads, Nykaa ads).
Educational Background
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, SEMrush) are a plus.

All marketing and digital operations at Narra are executed entirely in-house. We do not rely on external agencies for any function from content creation and campaign management to analytics and SEO. The selected candidate is expected to leverage AI tools (and modern SaaS platforms to maximize output, efficiency, and results independently.
