Our Client
Our client is a community focused on bringing the timeless wisdom of Indian knowledge and wellness traditions into lived experience through meditation, chanting, dialogue, retreats, and digital experiences. We are preparing for the launch of our mobile app and looking to grow a meaningful, engaged community around our work.
We are looking for someone who can help us expand our digital reach, visibility, and engagement across platforms while communicating our work with depth, warmth, and authenticity.
Role Summary
This is a growth-focused digital marketing role for someone who understands how to build audience attention, engagement, and visibility in today’s digital ecosystem.
You should be comfortable working across content, social media, digital campaigns, community engagement, and platform growth. You will work closely with the Founder and core team to strengthen Inner Yatra’s digital presence and help reach more people aligned with our mission.
This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with execution and understands both content and audience growth.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Growth & Visibility
- Increase reach, engagement, and visibility across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns to support app launches, events, retreats, and community initiatives.
- Track engagement metrics and suggest growth strategies.
Social Media & Content
- Build and manage content calendars aligned with ongoing programs and campaigns.
- Coordinate creation and publishing of posts, reels, short videos, and community content.
- Write or coordinate clear, thoughtful captions and communication.
Performance Marketing
- Run and optimize Meta and Google campaigns for audience growth, registrations, and app downloads.
- Support basic analytics, campaign reporting, and audience targeting.
Community Engagement
- Help strengthen online community interaction and engagement.
- Ensure communication reflects warmth, authenticity, and respect for the philosophy we represent.
Coordination & Execution
- Work closely with internal teams, founders, freelancers, and external creative partners.
- Coordinate content production timelines and campaign execution.
Good to Have
- Basic video editing skills (Reels/short-form content)
- Graphic design capability using Canva or Adobe tools
- SEO or app marketing exposure
- Familiarity with AI tools for content and productivity
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, growth, or content-led roles.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, and digital audience growth.
- Good communication and content sensibility.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
- Ownership mindset and willingness to learn.
- Interest in wellness, mindfulness, yoga, spirituality, or conscious living is a strong advantage.
