Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist ( freelancer ) with 2+ years of experience to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Handle social media marketing (content planning, posting, engagement).
- Perform SEO and SEM activities to improve website rankings and visibility.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and generate reports.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging creatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Basic understanding of content marketing and copywriting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and time management skills.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
- Basic understanding of graphic tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Experience working with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns.
