Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Digital Marketing Faculty based in the Pune Division. The role involves creating and delivering engaging course content on digital marketing topics, with a focus on market research, consumer behavior, and marketing management. Responsibilities include conducting lectures, hands-on workshops, guiding students on industry-relevant projects, and supporting students in applying marketing concepts to real-world scenarios. Collaboration with other faculty members for course design and evaluation will also be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Research and insights development to guide strategic decision-making
- Strong understanding of Consumer Behavior and its application in marketing strategies
- Experience in Marketing Management, including campaign planning and execution
- Ability to teach fundamental and advanced Research techniques related to digital marketing
- Knowledge of general Marketing principles and emerging trends in the field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience in teaching or training
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Previous experience in a digital marketing role or relevant industry practice is a plus
