Digital Marketing Executive – SEO & Google Ads

ABOUT THE ROLE
Dcode Technologies is looking for an experienced digital marketing professional with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on expertise in SEO and Google Ads. You will own our organic and paid search strategy end-to-end — from keyword research and on-page optimisation to campaign setup, bid management, and performance reporting. WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Lead, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping) with a clear focus on ROI and ROAS
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page / technical SEO audits
• Build and maintain strong backlink profiles using white-hat link-building strategies
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics via Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and SEMrush / Ahrefs
• Write and optimise ad copy and meta content to improve CTR and Quality Score
• Set up and manage remarketing and audience targeting strategies to reduce CPA
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members and guide overall digital marketing best practices
• Stay current on Google algorithm updates and platform policy changes
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Minimum 4 years of proven, hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads
• Google Ads certification (Search, Display, Shopping, or Performance Max) — mandatory
• Strong command of tools: Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, SEMrush / Ahrefs, Google Tag Manager
• Deep understanding of technical SEO — site speed, schema markup, crawlability, Core Web Vitals
• Demonstrated track record of managing significant ad budgets and delivering measurable results
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations
• Experience with A/B testing of landing pages, ad creatives, and bidding strategies
• Basic knowledge of HTML / WordPress is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
GOOD TO HAVE
• Experience running integrated campaigns on Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads alongside Google
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce)
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, content, development)
