Job Description: Digital Marketing Expert (Equity-Based) – Kefilo Role Overview
We are looking for a
Digital Marketing Expert who can lead
end-to-end digital growth, brand building, and performance marketing for Kefilo. This is a
high-ownership, execution-driven role focused on building a
category-defining health transformation brand, not just running campaigns.
You will be responsible for taking Kefilo from
early-stage pilots to a strong digital presence, driving both
user acquisition and brand trust at scale.
Equity Structure (Important)
- This is a pure equity-based role (no fixed compensation initially)
- 3–4 rounds of discussions → 1-month NDA-based working cohort → Core team agreement
- Equity finalized post funding & Pvt. Ltd. registration
- 5-year vesting structure
- Fixed compensation begins post funding
- You will be part of a core 25+ member equity team being built
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Digital Marketing Strategy (Core Focus)
- Define and execute the complete digital marketing roadmap for Kefilo
- Build integrated strategies across branding, content, performance marketing, and partnerships
- Align marketing efforts with product launches, pilots, and expansion goals
- Brand Building & Positioning
- Develop a strong brand narrative around health transformation (not just food delivery)
- Position Kefilo as a premium yet accessible outcome-driven brand
- Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints (website, social, ads, communication)
- Performance Marketing & Growth
- Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) with clear ROI focus
- Design funnel strategies for acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Optimize CAC, LTV, and overall marketing efficiency
- Content & Organic Growth
- Lead content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
- Build high-quality, insight-driven content around health, transformation, and real results
- Drive organic growth through storytelling, community building, and engagement
- Campaigns, Launches & Experiments
- Execute product/program launches with strong go-to-market strategies
- Run growth experiments and rapid testing cycles
- Identify high-leverage channels and scale what works
- Data-Driven Decision Making
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics
- Use insights to refine campaigns, messaging, and targeting
- Work closely with product and data teams for continuous optimization
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, nutrition, operations, and business teams
- Align marketing with actual product experience and delivery
- Support both B2C growth and B2B positioning
Who Should Apply
- Experience in digital marketing, growth, or brand building (startup experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing + brand building balance
- Experience in managing end-to-end funnels and campaigns
- Ability to think strategically and execute hands-on
- Prior exposure to D2C, food, health, or consumer brands is a plus
