Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced and performance-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing, along with the ability to strategically evaluate websites and marketing creatives.
Candidates with prior experience in the travel or tourism industry will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and scale high-budget performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies (technical, on-page, off-page) to improve organic visibility and rankings
Plan and manage SMM/SMO strategies to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions
Analyze campaign data and optimize performance based on KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions)
Evaluate website performance, user experience (UX/UI), and conversion funnels; provide actionable improvements
Work closely with design and content teams to ensure high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
Review and guide graphic design outputs to ensure they align with campaign goals and brand standards
Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities
Implement tracking tools (pixels, tags, GA4, conversion APIs) for accurate performance measurement
Generate detailed reports and strategic insights for leadership
Key Skills & Requirements:
5+ years of proven experience in digital/performance marketing
Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms
Deep understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
Ability to audit and evaluate websites for performance, design, and conversion optimization
Working knowledge of graphic design principles (ability to review and guide creatives)
Strong experience in lead generation, funnel building, and ROI optimization
Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
Strong communication and team leadership abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or SEO
Experience with landing page builders, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms
