About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Expert who can independently plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel digital marketing campaigns across paid, organic, and social channels — both for Crestbell's own growth and for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns — Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max
- Run and optimize Facebook and Instagram paid ad campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness
- Execute SEO strategies — on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and local SEO
- Manage social media content calendars and posting schedules across platforms
- Build and run email marketing automation campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar
- Analyze and report campaign performance through Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Search Console
- Optimize landing pages and ad creatives for maximum conversion
- Manage client digital marketing accounts and deliverables alongside internal campaigns
- Stay current with algorithm updates, platform changes, and industry best practices
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of proven, hands-on digital marketing experience — not theoretical
- Expert-level command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
- Experience managing both agency client accounts and in-house campaigns
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data, reporting, and ROI tracking
- Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification is a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Work Schedule:
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
