Digital Marketing Executive (SEO & Facebook Ads Specialist)

Location: Noida Sector 16 (On-site)

Experience: 2–4 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Working days and Timings: 11:30 AM - 8 PM (Monday - Saturday)

Salary: Upto 25,000 INR


About the Role


We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in SEO and Facebook Ads to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in driving organic growth, lead generation, campaign optimization, and ROI-focused paid advertising strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


Search Engine Optimization (SEO)


  • Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and metadata.
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
  • Manage link-building and outreach strategies.


Facebook Ads & Paid Campaigns


  • Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.
  • Build high-performing funnels for lead generation and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and placements.
  • Track campaign performance, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Retargeting, lookalike audience creation, and pixel setup & tracking.


Performance & Reporting


  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and actionable insights.
  • Continuously optimize strategies to improve ROI.


Required Skills & Experience


  • 1–4 years of proven experience in SEO and Facebook Ads.
  • Strong understanding of Google ranking algorithms & SEO best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager & campaign scaling.
  • Expertise in keyword research, backlinking, and technical SEO audits.
  • Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Certification in Google Analytics / Meta Ads / Digital Marketing.
  • Experience in lead generation, performance marketing, or EdTech / IT training domain.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads & Conversion Tracking.
  • Note: Candidates with career stability will be preferred more.
