Digital Marketing Executive (SEO & Facebook Ads Specialist)
Location: Noida Sector 16 (On-site)
Experience: 2–4 Years
Employment Type: Full-time
Working days and Timings: 11:30 AM - 8 PM (Monday - Saturday)
Salary: Upto 25,000 INR
About the Role
We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in SEO and Facebook Ads to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in driving organic growth, lead generation, campaign optimization, and ROI-focused paid advertising strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and metadata.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
- Manage link-building and outreach strategies.
Facebook Ads & Paid Campaigns
- Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.
- Build high-performing funnels for lead generation and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and placements.
- Track campaign performance, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Retargeting, lookalike audience creation, and pixel setup & tracking.
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and actionable insights.
- Continuously optimize strategies to improve ROI.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–4 years of proven experience in SEO and Facebook Ads.
- Strong understanding of Google ranking algorithms & SEO best practices.
- Hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager & campaign scaling.
- Expertise in keyword research, backlinking, and technical SEO audits.
- Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Google Analytics / Meta Ads / Digital Marketing.
- Experience in lead generation, performance marketing, or EdTech / IT training domain.
- Knowledge of Google Ads & Conversion Tracking.
- Note: Candidates with career stability will be preferred more.
