About the Role
We are looking for a result-oriented Digital & Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms and marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, SEO, marketplace ads, and lead generation campaigns with a strong data-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube & Performance Max)
- Run LinkedIn Ads campaigns for B2B lead generation
- Monitor campaign KPIs such as CPC, CTR, CPA, CPL and ROAS
- Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages and audience targeting
- Budget planning and ROI optimization
Marketplace Advertising
Run and optimize ads on Amazon Seller/Vendor Central
Manage Flipkart Ads (PLA & Product promotions)
Execute campaigns on Swiggy Ads & Instamart
Manage Blinkit seller promotions
Monitor marketplace KPIs:
- ACOS
- TACOS
- Conversion Rate
- Product Ranking
Keyword research for marketplace listings
Product listing optimization for conversions
SEO & Organic Growth
Execute On-Page SEO (Meta tags, internal linking, content optimization)
Work on Off-Page SEO strategies
Conduct keyword research using SEO tools
Improve website rankings and organic traffic
Basic technical SEO understanding preferred
Local Marketing
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile
- Improve local SEO rankings
- Manage customer reviews and reputation
- Implement local visibility strategies
Content & Analytics
Coordinate with designers for ad creatives and banners
Work with content team for campaign copies
Use:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Tag Manager (preferred)
Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports
Competitor research and benchmarking
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Amazon Ads console
Knowledge of SEO tools:
Understanding of marketplace advertising platforms
Knowledge of AI marketing tools
Landing page optimization basics
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
Preferred Skills
Experience in lead generation campaigns
Experience in E-commerce marketing
Knowledge of marketing automation tools
Basic WordPress knowledge
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) basics
Experience managing product feeds
Knowledge of Shopify (added advantage)
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Digital Marketing certifications preferred (Google / Meta / HubSpot)
E-commerce marketplace certification is a plus
