This is a build-and-own role. Not an execution-only role.
We’re not looking for someone to “manage posts” or “send emails.”
We’re looking for someone who can own channels end-to-end, think in terms of outcomes, and continuously improve what’s already working (and fix what’s not).
You’ll be working across multiple brands, multiple audiences, and multiple narratives - so the ability to switch context without losing sharpness is critical.
What you'll be responsible for
→ Social Media (Ownership, not just execution)
· Plan and drive content across brands
· Build distinct voices (no templated, same-same content)
· Improve engagement and consistency over time
· Track performance and actually do something with it
→ Email Marketing (Core channel ownership)
· Plan and execute outbound + nurture campaigns
· Improve open rates, response rates, and conversions
· Work on segmentation, messaging, and experimentation
· Own campaign outcomes - not just sends
→ Content & Messaging
· Write sharp, clear, B2B content
· Contribute to blogs, landing pages, and campaigns
· Ensure consistency across channels
→ Cross-Functional Work
· Work closely with leadership, sales, and product
· Translate business priorities into marketing execution
· Support decks, website updates, and campaign assets
What we're looking for
· ~2 years of experience in B2B digital marketing
· Strong hands-on experience with social & email
· Solid writing skills (this is critical for the role)
· Ability to think beyond execution → what’s the objective here?
· Comfortable working across multiple brands
You should also be:
· High ownership (you follow through without being chased)
· Comfortable with feedback and fast iteration
· Naturally curious and constantly looking to improve
Bonus points for:
· SaaS / Tech marketing experience
· Exposure to Middle East markets
· Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.
· Comfort using AI tools to improve output and speed
