Role Overview
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive (SEO/Content) with 2–5 years of experience to help grow organic visibility and create content that drives qualified traffic and conversions. This role is hands-on and execution-focused: you’ll own SEO fundamentals, build content plans, write and optimize pages, and report performance clearly. What You’ll Work On
Plan and execute on-page SEO improvements across key pages (titles, meta, headings, internal linking, schema basics)
Conduct keyword research and map keywords to pages based on intent, funnel stage, and business goals
Create and optimize content: landing pages, blog posts, case studies, and supporting SEO assets
Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with SEO opportunities and product/service priorities
Collaborate with design/dev teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented (site structure, redirects, indexation basics, page performance inputs)
Support basic off-page SEO initiatives (content distribution, link-worthy assets, outreach coordination where needed)
Contribute to email marketing content (newsletters, nurture sequences, announcements) when required
Support paid search and social media with copy/content variations and landing page alignment (as needed)
Track performance and create clear reports on rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversions with actionable insights
Required Skills
2–5 years of experience in SEO and content marketing (agency or in-house)
Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to adapt tone for different audiences
Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals: keyword research, on-page SEO, internal linking, and content optimization
Comfortable working with reporting and performance tracking (traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions)
Working knowledge of email marketing basics (copy, segmentation concepts, campaign hygiene)
Exposure to paid search and social media workflows (enough to collaborate and align messaging)
Strong execution habits: ownership, consistency, and attention to detail
Nice to Have (Highly Valued)
Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog or similar)
Basic understanding of technical SEO concepts (crawl/indexation, canonicalization, redirects, sitemap/robots basics)
Experience optimizing content for conversion (CTAs, landing page structure, messaging clarity)
Comfortable collaborating with developers/designers and working from briefs or PRDs
Experience building content briefs and editorial guidelines for repeatable quality
